Save your bookmarks online. Works primarily with the Google Toolbar but can also be accessed via a web page.
Google Bookmarks only lets you export your bookmarks to a file (called GoogleBookmarks.html). The Google Toolbars for Internet Explorer and FireFox however will let you import bookmarks, so you can use either of them as an indirect way to move or copy your Google Bookmarks from one Google account to another.
