Moving Google Bookmarks

only lets you your bookmarks to a file (called GoogleBookmarks.html). The Google Toolbars for and however will let you bookmarks, so you can use either of them as an indirect way to move or copy your from one Google account to another.

So depending on your browser:

Bookmarks to 8:

  1. Click File then and then from a File
  2. The / Wizard will open up, click Next
  3. Select  then click Next
  4. Find and select your bookmarks file e.g. GoogleBookmarks.html and then click Next
  5. Select the folder where you would like to place the imported . Click Next then Finish.

Bookmarks to  3:

  1. Click Bookmarks menu then Organise Bookmarks
  2. Click and Backup then HTML and then From an HTML file then Next
  3. Find and select your bookmarks file e.g. GoogleBookmarks.html then click Open

Finally on the Google Toolbar, make sure you a logged-in the your Goole account the click Bookmarks, scroll to the bottom of the list and select Bookmarks or IE .

Note: Obviously if or have any bookmarks already saved in them these will be moved too.
