Using Google Apps Sync for Outlook
According to Google many business users prefer Gmail’s interface and features to products they’ve used in the past. However there are still those are not ready to leave the comfort of Outlook. Google Apps Sync for Microsoft Outlook enables Outlook to connect to Google Apps Premier and Education accounts syncing emails, contacts and calendar. Of course once setup the information is available in Outlook and online at Google Apps.
