Really its as simple as hitting the button with the film strip icon in the "Visual" editor (not the "HTML" one), selecting "Flash" and pasting the YouTube link. OK, "where's the film strip button?" you say, if you can't see it then you need to press the following button to reveal a second row of buttons that offer more advanced editing.
